  • Once a day: Xultophy® 100/3.6 is taken once daily, at the same time each day.
  • Independent of meals: Xultophy® 100/3.6 may be taken with or without food.
  • Missed dose: If you miss a dose, take that dose at your next regular dosing time. Do not take an extra dose or increase the dose to make up for the one you missed.

    If you miss more than 3 days of Xultophy® 100/3.6, call your health care provider for further instructions about taking Xultophy® 100/3.6 at the right dose and to help lower your chance of having an upset stomach.
